1. inpholio is a database and a platform for presentation. On submitting pictures, the inpholio member states to possess the publishing rights to same material, or to not breach any publishing rights of same material. inpholio has no legal liability for breaches of publishing rights.
2. inpholio has the right not to give membership to certain persons or companies, as well as not to publish certain pictures.
3. The inpholio News Service is based on editorial selection processes at inpholio. Contributions and dates will be decided in arrangement with the members.
4. inpholio has no legal liability for the display of incorrect information or technical failures of the website.
5. inpholio guarantees to treat data and pictures with confidentiality and to not pass them to third parties.
6. The use of members' pictures in advertisements for inpholio requires the consent of the authors.
7. The period of notice for cancellation of inpholio memberships is one month in advance. It is not possible for refunds to be made on subscription fees paid before cancelation.
8. inpholio has the right to block the entry of a member in the database, should they fall behind in payment.

2. inpholio behält sich das Recht vor, Personen oder Firmen nicht als Mitglied aufzunehmen bzw. einzelne Bilder nicht zu veröffentlichen.
3. Der inpholio News Service beruht auf einer redaktionellen Auswahl von inpholio. Beiträge und Datum werden von inpholio in Absprache mit den Mitgliedern festgelegt.
4. inpholio übernimmt keine Haftung bei fehlerhaften Angaben oder technischem Ausfall der Website.
5. inpholio versichert, mit den vorliegenden Daten und Bildern vertrauensvoll umzugehen und diese nicht an Dritte weiterzugeben.
6. Eine Verwendung von Bildmaterial für Werbung in eigener Sache wird nur mit Einwilligung der Autoren erfolgen.
7. Die Kündigungsfrist für Mitglieder beträgt einen Monat. Eine Auszahlung bereits gezahlter Mitgliedsbeiträge kann nicht erfolgen.
8. inpholio hat das Recht, bei Zahlungsverzug den Eintrag des Mitglieds auf der Datenbank zu sperren.

3. Le News Service inpholio repose sur un choix rédactionnel de inpholio. Les articles et les informations seront déterminés par inpholio en accord avec les adhérents concernés.
4. inpholio n'assume aucune responsabilité en cas de renseignements erronés ou en cas de défaillances techniques du site web.
5. inpholio s'engage à traiter les informations et les images qui lui sont confiées avec la plus grande confidentialité et à ne pas les communiquer à une tierce personne.
6. L'utilisation d'une image par inpholio pour sa propre publicité ne peut se faire qu'avec l'accord de son auteur.
7. Le délai de résiliation pour les adhérents est de un mois. Le remboursement d'une cotisation d'adhésion déjà versée n'est pas possible.
8. En cas de retard de paiement d'un membre, inpholio se réserve le droit de bloquer sa presentation dans la banque de données.
